Welcome to the New Property Acquisition System of the Economic Development Board Mauritius.

The Property Acquisition System is a web based platform that allows users to interact with the Economic Development Board Mauritius in a secured manner for the submission and processing of applications with regard to residential property development under the Real Estate Development Scheme (REDS) and the Property Development Scheme (PDS).

This system enables users to:

Submit application for acquisition of a residential property under Integrated Resort Scheme.
Submit application for acquisition of a residential property under Real Estate Scheme.
Submit application for acquisition of a residential property under Property Development Scheme.
